We stayed here with 20 family members and had an exceptional experience. The staff, especially Michelle, went above and beyond. They set up breakfast early for our outing and even checked in on us when one wasn't feeling well. Really made our visit memorable!
My kids wished for a few games or activities for the evenings.

Charming Stay with Lip-Smacking Breakfast
We spent one delightful night in a family room, where the hospitality truly shone. The breakfast featuring smoked salmon and scrambled eggs left us craving more. A little room for improvement on decor, but the warm welcome made it memorable. Pro tip, request room with fridge!

The location offers a scenic view of the village, making it a pleasant backdrop to any stay. The dining experience stands out with an impressive menu. dishes like belly pork and garlic chili prawns are executed beautifully, easily outshining standard pub fare.
Didn't find a shower screen or curtain in the bath, which looked like it needed some repair work—but we made it work. The room itself felt a bit bare. just a dressing table instead of a proper desk. the lack of an electric vehicle charging point onsite was a letdown. For the price of £88 a night, it felt slightly overpriced considering the overall offerings. A little more attention to amenities like a non-slip bath mat would also help enhance comfort.

would definitely return here
The room was comfy with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and ensuite bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Loved the complimentary water and juice fridge outside my room. Breakfast was incredible with freshly baked croissants and the best vegan cooked breakfast I've had anywhere. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, making the stay feel special.
